I have a question regarding wudu.
I find it difficult to keep wudu and my problem has changed over time. This issue is affecting my ibadah and I would appreciate if you could advise me further. I was told that I can make wudu and just pray whether or not I can keep it if I experience an excessive wind problem for more than ten hours. Recently i discovered that my wheat diet was one of the major problems for this problem as I am gluten intolerant. Having changed my diet Allhamdoulillah the problem has decreased. However I still have the problem to a lesser degree and keep repeating wudu because I cannot understand if I have it or not? When It is obvious I have broken it i repeat but then i keep having feelings which may or may not be breaking the wudu but i can’t understand what to do so I end up repeating again and again.I spend a lot of time in the bathroom repeating out of confusion. The real wind problem is mixed with a waswaas problem and I so I am confused in instances about if I am breaking the wind or if I still have wudu. I don’t feel relaxed in my prayers and feel i just have to get through them and this is affecting my ibadah. I can’t understand how to make wudu in this situation, what the solution is to my problems and what is the best way is for me to pray. During this blessed month I am struggling and feel i waste more time in the bathroom than actually praying. I cannot pray with the jamat due to the problem and confusion and read extra nafl prayers like taraweeh. I also struggle to get through daily tasks and looking at others feel like I cannot move ahead in life.
    Please help.
May Allah SWT reward for you efforts.
    Jazaka Allah Khair.
