Children’s classes

Children’s classes are held in al-Madina Masjid (near Makkah Masjid) during weekdays between 4 – 6pm. One class is held between 4 – 5pm and another between 5 – 6pm. But if children want to stay for 2 hours, they can. During these classes, children mainly learn the holy Quran and prayers.

The children are taught with Tajweed and audio aids are used where necessary.

There are separate classes for girls, held at the same time.

There is no age limit. We currently have students who ae in their 50s.

All the teachers are able to communicate with the children in English.

Classes for memorisation of the Holy Qur’an (hifz) are held between 7-9pm.

If someone is unable to attend the classes during the weekdays, arrangements can be made for them to come over the weekend.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the mosque.

    Assalamo-alaikum,

    MashAllah, wonderful website!

I’m just writing to let you that we’ve recently developed an Interactive Ahsanul Qawaid to help pupils learn to recite the Quran correctly.

It is available to use FREE ONLINE from the following location:

    http://www.zikr.co.uk/books/Arabic.html

(We can also provide an offline version, with your own customised link and appearance. If you’re interested, please do get in touch.)

Feel free to pass the link above on to all your students. I’m sure InshAllah the children will enjoy using the online Ahsanul Qawaid just as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

    Wasalaam
