Books in the Makkah Masjid library

Leeds Makkah Masjid has a wealth of Islamic information available in its library. Currently, the library hosts at least 250 books on topics ranging from Quran, Sunnah, Islamic Law, Biographies of the Companions and Women studies. The library also includes audio & videos of current great scholars, such as Shaykh Hamza Yusuf, Shaykh Nuh Keller and Habib Ali Jifri.

To borrow any of these books, please visit the Makkah Mosque near the five daily prayer times (Namaz or Salat times) and request any of the attendees to direct you to the library.

Library opens at Makkah Masjid

The library at Leeds Makkah Masjid hosts a number of islamic books on wide range of topics, such as Islamic beliefs, Holy Quran & Hadith and Arabic language. The books are in English and Urdu. The library also contains a number of multi-media contents such as Audios and Videos of Shaykh Hamza Yusuf and Shaykh Nuh Keller.

Currently, the openning times are:

Sisters: Sundays – 12 – 2pm

Brothers: Sundays – 3 – 5pm
