Assalam-u-Alaikum

Jazak-Allah khyran for your kind comments and welcome to Leeds.

We do have facilities for Eid prayers and Jummah prayer for the sisters and we encourage them to attend Eid and Friday prayers and any other events that we have.

As the Muslims who attend Makkah Masjid have large families in Leeds, they spend the Eid day visiting their families, and thus we do not hold any Eid celebration event at the mosque.

We pray that you have a good stay in Leeds and enjoy the Eid.

Wassalam

As-salaam,

I am a Muslim who has recently moved to Leeds. I wanted to know if the mosque was going to have any ladies events planned for the coming Eid to celebrate.

Allah-Hafeez,

Zahira
