Could Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) Read?

Makkah Masjid is pleased to host an event presented by Jamia al-Karam.
Shaykh Muhammad Imdad Hussain Pirzada will examine the much debated issue of whether or not the blessed Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) could read. This lecture is a result of Shaykh’s scholarly study in which he analyses the first Quranic revelation and highlights the lessons that can be derived for our modern age.
The lecture will be ideal for both English and Urdu speaking listeners since it will be simultaneously presented in English and Urdu.
